Shipping.....
WE HAVE RECENTLY BEEN NOTIFIED BY USPS THAT WE MAY NO LONGER SHIP LOW FLASHPOINT OILS VIA PARCEL POST MAIL. ALL LOW FP OILS MUST NOW SHIP UPS. USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS ONLY AN OPTION IF EVERY OIL ORDERED HAS A FLASHPOINT OF 200 OR ABOVE. Please take note of flashpoint restrictions when ordering fragrances- if fragrance description includes a flashpoint below 200 your order will automatically have to ship via UPS even if you choose priority shipping, this may incur extra shipping charges and will delay your order if you do not choose this form of shipping and we have to contact you. We recommend UPS if you are looking for speedy reliable delivery of an order that includes ANY lower flashpoint oils. Do not choose priority (just because it is the cheapest option now) unless ALL of your choices have flashpoints of 200 or above. It is illegal for us to ship any low flashpoint oils except via UPS ground shipping. Choosing incorrect shipping methods slows down shipping of your order while we try to sort out the best method to ship. We have frequently been picking up extra postage to get orders out correctly and cannot continue to do this. Continued choice of priority shipping in incorrect situations will result in removal of the choice of priority, and we will ship priority at our discretion. Thank you for understanding that any changes we make to are facilitate proper and timely delivery to our customers.
Priority Mail-orders including only fragrances with flashpoints ALL 200 or above.
UPS-Quickest & most reliable shipping of low FP oils. Quite economical on medium to large orders.
Refunds.....
We hope you are enjoying your purchase from us. If the purchase did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to issue a refund in the same form of payment in which it was purchased, excluding shipping charges. Returns will be shipped back at your own cost. You must e-mail us within 5 days of receipt of order. We will make every effort to correct this problem within a timely manner.
Please note:
Fragrance oils cannot be returned as we cannot vouch for the fragrance oils integrity once it has left our hands. If unsure as to whether you will like a particular item please try our smaller sizes first.
Fragrance oils with a flashpoint below 200 must ship USPS ground or UPS ground. Priority shipping not available.
All returned items must be in original condition and undamaged.
